Lately I have been really fatigued, so I’ve decided to try to recharge and not over work myself. Sometimes it’s hard when all I want to do is blog, but work and life get in the way. I figured a good post to catch up on is a What I Did This Weekend combined with a Carrot Cake recipe.

In my February Sip of the Month, I raved about the Lipton Orange Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea. I told you guys that I would be on the hunt to try more Lipton Green Tea flavors! Well…guess what?!?! I bought two more!
If there is one thing I love, but don’t have enough of, are prints. There is something so captivating about images or illustrations – they can fill a wall to create a statement, or be a stand alone piece that shines brightly. At the same time, prints have the power to move you and transform the soul. One of my goals this year is to not hold back when it comes to buying prints; they are such simple ways to reinvent a space and make it your own.
Hope your week is going great! PS This post title was basically the mantra of my university. A lot of people tonight are living life in green and Guinness…I know I am! It’s a great way to lead into the weekend. My goal this Saturday is to relax and catch up on blogging. I’ve had a long, busy month at work, and I’ve had to push aside blogging at points (which immensely disappoints me). Hopefully this weekend I can get back on track! Happy St. Patrick’s Week!
Over the weekend, I went to my cousin-in-law’s birthday party. In true Stephanie fashion, I decided to bake a sweet treat! Since the party already involved a beer tasting, I thought I would just embrace the drinking vibes and base the cupcakes around the upcoming holiday, St. Patrick’s Day. I knew I wanted to do a stout cupcake base, but upon blog browsing I realized I could elevate my game by incorporating other Irish delicacies.
I hope you all have been having a fantastic week thus far! You, and myself, are so close to Friday! Do you have any weekend plans? I have a family birthday party that I am making something sweet/St.Patty’s Day inspired (look out for that post). Normally I don’t have an urge to dedicate an entire post to makeup. There are plenty of amazing bloggers/vloggers out there who clearly know more about the matter, so I prefer to leave all real expertise up to them! Despite all this, I must say that I love the artistic nature of makeup. I can’t help but at least admire all the mediums.

Another month of 2016 is gone, and I’m actually glad! The driving force behind my happiness is that it is now March, and warm weather is approaching. While it is breathtaking to see the land before you coated in the purest and picturesque dusting of nature, these sights don’t fill me with enough joy to dismiss my eagerness for it all to be over. February was a lovely month though, and below are some things that I really enjoyed!
