Is there anything particular that you can’t help but collect? Yes, I’m talking about that one item where a compulsory feeling overcomes you every time your eyes locked in a store and next thing you know, it’s in your shopping basket. For no rhyme or reason, against all logic, you just have to buy it.
I have a love of prints. I’m waiting for the day when I can create an entire galla in my house. While I enjoy browsing and purchasing prints, I have also been interested in creating them.
If there is one thing I love, but don’t have enough of, are prints. There is something so captivating about images or illustrations – they can fill a wall to create a statement, or be a stand alone piece that shines brightly. At the same time, prints have the power to move you and transform the soul. One of my goals this year is to not hold back when it comes to buying prints; they are such simple ways to reinvent a space and make it your own.

Months ago I stumbled across this piece on Pinterest. From the moment I saw it, I knew I had to create something similar to this. Since there are SO many false lashes in the market, I will inevitably be making another one…and possibly another one! Sometimes I just can’t handle the beauty of false lashes; each pair tells a story!! Don’t you agree?!?
It took me time to decide on the lashes (thank you Halloween), and then even more time to find a frame with depth. Why is it that when you need a specific type of frame, it all of a sudden cannot be found anywhere?!?
